Refund policy

We do not accept returns on consumable products. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are happy to assist. Please email us at info@bakingchocolateco.com with clear images of the damaged item(s) as soon as possible, and we will process your refund accordingly.

Please note: Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any items that have been opened. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All items must remain unopened and in their original condition for any resolution to be considered.
